The fundamentals of trampoline work are taught along with techniques to maximise safety and enjoyment.

Through progression and the use of specialised coaching techniques and equipment, Trampoliners will be taught to execute a variety of movements and how to effectively transition between skills.

Learn correct trampoline tricking basics like jumping alignment, back and stomach drops, wall runs, twists, grabs, backdrop to backflip plus more techniques tailored to your skill level.

With a focus on mastering form, Trick Basics will evolve your current techniques through practice and adjustment to ensure you stay safe, so the rest of your trampolining can really take off!

Bounce Boards – NEW

We are adding more fun and a whole new dimension of skills with our Bounce Boards! No need to sign up for anything special, Tanou will be incorporating these new teachings during regular classes.

JSA Trampolining is held at Bounce, located at Finns Recreation Club West.

Coach Bio

Tanou has been competing in gymnastics throughout his childhood and teenage years and won many regional and national titles. He is a passionate and highly trained coach combining and integrating various backgrounds of trampolining, martial arts, yoga, Qi Gong and life coaching.
