Baby Swim 9 – 36 months (30 min) – Available on Request
Children will develop their love for swimming and learn valuable safety water skills. Parents or nannies are required to participate in the class, so please be prepared to enter the pool to work with your child. Session price is inclusive of child and parent. 0-9 months can be taught through private lessons.

Beginner 3 – 6 years+ (45 min)
This class is for children who are capable of keeping themselves above water or floating but need to learn about stroke.
Intermediate 6 – 9 years (50 min)
Participants will develop the freestyle stroke, backstroke and breaststroke techniques. In addition, children will be taught safety skills, self-rescue skills, and be introduced to diving.
Advanced 9 years+ (60 min)
This class will review previous level swimming skills and introduce new swimming strokes. Participants will improve stamina and coordination, refine and polish all their strokes and work on competition diving and racing.
Elite Squad (90 min)
This class is a good opportunity for those who are already attending regular advanced group training sessions to further improve technique, speed and endurance. BBST includes swimmers from all over the island who take part in many competitions during the year. Participants must be given approval to join Elite Squad by the head coach. Elite Squad sessions must be booked at least one day in advance. Drop-in price applies. Subject to minimum 4 participants.

JSA Swimming is held in the Lap Pool of Finns Recreation Club, entry is through the club’s lobby.
Luisa has represented Italy at the highest level swimming competitions, setting many records along the way, including the 2000 Olympic final of the 4 x 100m relay. Luisa has also participated in the 2001 World Championships, the 2003 World Cup in Barcelona and the 2004 European Aquatics Championships in Madrid.
