Parkour is a method of physical training that develops one’s ability to overcome obstacles, both physical and mental. Originally developed from military obstacle course training, the aim is to get from one point to another in the fastest way possible without the use of equipment to assist you. Swing, vault, jump, roll and leap to your next destination and develop strength, agility, flexibility as well as problem solving skills in the process!
Classes will be designed as a free running environment where coaches will work both with groups and individually for the development of skills. So all levels are welcome!
Minimum age: 8
JSA Parkour is held on the Multi-Function Hall at Finns Recreation Club – East.
