GYMINI – Kindergym (2-5 Years)
Gymini-Kindergym is a program designed to improve your child’s motor skills, co-ordination, strength, balance, flexibility and social skills through the use of varied equipment such as beam, trampolines, rings, ropes and more. Students should wear comfortable clothing such as club leotard, t-shirt, club shorts and bare feet.
Due to popular demand, Thursday Gymini will cater for our very youngest participants, and will have additional support from professional childcare staff, to ensure all children are participating safely and enjoyably in the class.
GYMSTART – Beginners (Ages 6-12 Years)
Participants utilize all pieces of apparatus. Gymstart is the perfect program to build confidence while learning the basics of Gymnastics such as handstands, cartwheels, rolls, jumping and climbing.
GYMSKILL – Intermediate/Advanced (8-15 Yeras)
Gymskill is a selective program that incorporates all other areas of JSA Gymnastics, as well as tumble skills, choreography, beam, rings, vaulting, flips, handsprings and advancing into higher skills.
PARKOUR – All Level (Ages 6 Years+)
This combined class brings Gymnastics skills development together with Parkour/Freerunning for students to become stronger and much more agile while having tons of fun! The class includes how to do tricks, wall runs, spins, rolls, vaulting and many others with safe equipment in a friendly surrounding. Participants will experience a sharing environment and will bond with each other through sport and exciting games.
JSA Gymnastics is held on the Multi-Function Hall of Finns Recreation Club – East, entry is through the Club’s lobby.
Tanou has been competing in gymnastics throughout his childhood and teenage years and won many regional and national titles. He is a passionate and highly trained coach combining and integrating various backgrounds of trampolining, martial arts, yoga, Qi Gong and life coaching.
